Warnbro Centre is a Sub Regional centre located in the City of Rockingham approximately 54kms south of the Perth CBD. A development was completed in September 2014 which increased the centre's GLA to 21,382sqm and saw Big W join Coles and Woolworths as well as 28 additional specialty stores, 2 external dining alfresco areas and 336 additional car parking bays. There is strong national retailer representation amongst the 62 specialty store retail mix with a focus on food, fashion and dining.
Halls Head Central is located 75kms south of the Perth CBD within the Peel region, one of the fastest growing regions in Perth. In March 2016, a substantial expansion of the centre was completed which saw the addition of Kmart and Aldi along with a further 39 specialty shops and kiosks. The expanded centre boasts a strong dining precinct and an enhanced fashion offer supported by an additional 600 car spaces
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the Centres' Risk Management Program to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures
- Driving excellence in the delivery of the centre's Intensive Asset Management activities
- Managing the relationship with the centre's owners
- Work collaboratively to drive the development, implementation and delivery of the annual operational plan, NPI target and Capex budget for the centre
To be successful in securing this role you will be a true retail professional with recent success managing a large shopping centre. You will possess strong leadership ability and be capable of applying a proactive management style to a large centre management team.
