Our Graduate Program

At Vicinity, we’re in the business of people. People who shop in our centres, people who take retail space in our centres, people who invest in our centres and, of course, the people who work in and for our centres. Are you ready to join us?

We are looking for our future leaders. Our Graduate Program is designed to uncover the highest potential candidates who are confident to give something a go, who want to be empowered to make a difference and who yearn to be part of something big and exciting.

At Vicinity Centres we’re on a journey. We challenge the status quo, bringing together curious people and daring them to dream. We inspire our people to embrace different perspectives, challenge assumptions and open their hearts and minds to the future.

We collaborate to amplify our collective strength. And most importantly, we have the courage to be better tomorrow than we are today. We’re not afraid to enjoy the moments that challenge us as much as those we celebrate. We’re a disrupted industry and a disruptor business looking to make the impossible possible. Our Shopping Centres are at the heart of their communities and we’re determined to bring the communities we serve exactly what they want before they know they want it. At the end of the day, everything we do, big or small, counts. We know there is no substitute for doing the hard work first, perpetually in motion to make life better, easier, more enjoyable.

Why join us?

We’re not just a retail property business. We’re an ASX Top 30 business on an upwards trajectory. We’re creating shopping centres of the future where innovation and practicalities collide. We’re also doing amazing work in areas such as sustainability, innovative recycling systems, renewable energy sources, social procurement, diversity and inclusion, and mental health awareness to name a few. Isn’t it time you reimagined what’s possible?

Development at Vicinity is the team who constantly strive for world class design, built form and customer engagement outcomes to ensure that our centres are the destination at the end of a customer journey. With a $2b development pipeline, Development manage multiple projects from the development and implementation of the agreed redevelopment strategy for the asset, and they drive and deliver the development process from concept stage through all internal and external approvals to final delivery. Developments enable Vicinity to build sustainable and inclusive lifestyle destinations, introduce the latest retail concepts and revitalise our offer, enhancing the overall retail experience.
