Customer Service Officer - Bankstown Central

We currently have an exciting Customer Service opportunity available at Bankstown Shopping Centre. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, this role is critical in ensuring a great customer experience is delivered at all times. You will be a customer service professional with a friendly and supportive approach while supporting the broader team with coordination of centre activities as required.    

To be considered for this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated customer service skills with previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • A mature approach with the confidence to handle a variety of guest enquiries (e.g. cash transactions, gift vouchers)
  • Be a true customer service professional with a genuine passion for providing exception customer service
  • Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Although not essential, experience working within the retail or tourism sectors will be highly regarded 

Please note this is a full time permanent role working on a rotating fortnightly roster incorporating evening and weekend work.

We're proud of our collaborative team culture and as a member of the Centre management team you will also be required to support the team with any emergency situations that may arise.
