Chatswood Chase Sydney is a four-level major regional shopping centre located approximately 8kms north of Sydney’s CBD in the affluent north shore suburb of Chatswood. Anchored by David Jones, Kmart and Coles, and brings together a carefully curated selection of more than 200 specialty retailers including leading fashion, homewares and fresh food. Chatswood Chase Sydney features iconic international and Australian designer brands such as Apple, Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren, Max and Co, Furla, Coach, Zimmerman, Mecca Cosmetica, Nespresso, Williams Sonoma, West Elm and Pottery Barn.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our concierge desk on a casual basis. This is a customer-facing role so the ability to think on your feet whilst displaying a positive and friendly approach. We pride ourselves on providing a consistently strong customer experience at all times at Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre and this role is critical in ensuring that standard is maintained.
What will success look like?
- Central communication point for directions, promotional events,complaints, customer feedback, security and cleaning
- Selling gift cards to customers/daily balancing of floats
- Maintain a register of lost/found property
- Co-ordinate the hiring of equipment Wheelchairs
To be successful, you will be a patient customer service professional with a passion for face to face customer service and be comfortable and experienced with handling cash. Your willingness to learn, approachable nature, good judgment and outstanding communication skills will be the key to your success. Combined, these attributes will equip you to play an important and proactive role in enhancing retailer experience.
Please note this is an ongoing casual role working on a varied flexible roster (approx. 4-13 hours per week).
