Roxburgh Village is a single-level neighbourhood shopping centre located approximately 21kms north of Melbourne's CBD in Roxburgh Park. The centre is anchored by Coles, Woolworths and Aldi with more than 45 specialty stores. Roxburgh Village has a dynamic range of fresh food and dining options, offering the local family-oriented community a convenient shopping and dining experience.
This 12 month contract role will join a close knit team that together ensure the centre’s management office is managed proficiently and that our customers and retailers are provided with an exceptional level of service.
With a broad range of responsibilities, this role will see you working predominantly across reception, together with varied office administration and customer service duties focusing on:
- Direct management of the reception area, including meeting and greeting various internal and external stakeholders and directing all incoming calls
- Administration support including email inbox management, word processing, stationery, service calls, PA announcements and meeting organisation
- Administering the register of contractors and managing their induction
- Incident report processing
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate previous experience in customer service in a corporate or hospitality based environment with administrative capabilities in the Microsoft Office Suite. You will possess the ability to actively contribute to a team with a can do attitude. Your ability to provide exemplary customer service at every touch point is crucial.
This is a crucial role in the effective management of the centre management office in which a positive and helpful attitude will be your best asset.
