Casual Mall Leasing Executive

We’re looking for an experienced Casual Mall Leasing Executive to join our team and be responsible for delivering budgeted income monthly and annually whilst developing new income opportunities from short term clients.


The purpose of this role is to work closely within the Centre and CML teams to ensure it achieves and exceeds annual casual mall leasing budgets, you will source new casual mall leasing contacts via visits to other centres, expos and vetting all incoming clients, discussing any potential conflicts of interest. The location and centres that this role will be responsible for will be discussed during the recruitment process and is dependant on relevant experience working on similar asset sizes. 


Other key responsibilities include:

• Developing CML client base and formulating new plans to secure new business

• Keeping up to date with current markets and market trends, consumer needs and attitudes

• Financial reporting of the casual mall leasing function both monthly and yearly

• Maintaining awareness of competitor retail activities

• Maintaining a calendar of casual mall leasing events and ensure that these are compatible with marketing activities


To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated and passionate sales executive. Although not essential, experience within CML / Pop Up Mall Leasing will be highly regarded as will your drive and ability to build new business. A positive attitude with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as are your strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
