The Glen is a two-level major regional shopping centre located , approximately 20kms east of the Melbourne CBD.
The centre is undergoing a $450million major three-year redevelopment scheduled for completion in 2020, to better meet the needs of an evolving community. For local, affluent multi-cultural households, The Glen is the community meeting place that provides a convenient shopping and dining experience.

We currently have an exciting Customer Service opportunity available within The Glen Shopping Centre working on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Retail Manager, this role acts as an important point of contact for our customers. You will assist customers by responding courteously, professionally and promptly to their enquiries and provide in-centre communication, coordination and information services.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated customer service skills with previous experience in a customer-facing role. You will be mature in your approach, be confident in handling a variety of guest enquiries including cash transactions and be able to multitask and prioritise whilst being able to work independently with minimal supervision. A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience at all times is essential, due to the multicultural demographics of people who visit our centres, the ability to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be highly regarded.
Please note this is a part-time role working five shifts per week from Monday to Friday, shifts are allocated during a morning or afternoon roster.
