Electricity On-Selling Project Manager

Vicinity Centres, in line with the delivery of our Electricity On-selling strategy, seeks a National Electricity On-selling Manager to help optimise existing electricity on-selling sites and maximise asset performance through the expansion of new electricity on-selling projects.


This newly created role will report directly to the National Electricity On-selling Manager and will work closely with all relevant stakeholders including centre management teams  and contractors to ensure all project fundamentals are delivered to the regulatory requirements. 

In the delivery of Electricity On-selling projects, key responsibilities will include:

  • Budgeting and reporting
  • High level stakeholder engagement
  • Risk management and health and safety compliance
  • Management of contractor documentation,preparation of project actions and minutes for weekly meetings
  • Exemption applications and retailer issues resolutions

Experience in project management including exposure to regulatory requirements of embedded networks, technical knowledge of embedded networks, and experience in managing contractors on-site and meeting appropriate standards will be required.
