People and Culture Coordinator

Opportunity exists for a People and Culture Team Coordinator to coordinate and manage the administrative requirements for the GM People and Culture and the broader P&C team.

 

What does this look like?

The role will expose you to the broader People and Culture functions; it will be varied and will suit a true multi-tasker with excellent stakeholder management capabilities and high levels of pro-activity.
A broad outline of key responsibilities includes:

  • Administration support to GM People and Culture
  • Management of team communications
  • Coordination of department functions and events
  • Accounts payable and invoice processing
  • Monthly expense reconciliation
  • Travel and associated logistics
