An opportunity exists for a Marketing Manager who can lead the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and marketing calendar of events for the iconic Galleria located only 8km from the CBD.
Galleria is a two-level major regional shopping centre located in Morley, Western Australia. Galleria is anchored by Myer, Target, Kmart, Coles, ALDI and Woolworths with a Greater Union cinema complex, and more than 160 specialty stores. The centre is a leading shopping and entertainment destination for Perth, offering a strong mix of fashion, food and fresh food shopping. Galleria provides local residents and families a convenient one-stop-shopping and dining experience.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role will see you play a central role in providing an integrated approach to the centre’s marketing and retailer strategies.
What will you be doing?
- Lead marketing initiatives across the centre
- Manage the calendar of events and the overall marketing plan
- Understand the local competitive offer and differentiate the centre’s product offer
- Lead and develop local community and retailer engagement initiatives
- Contribute ideas and feedback to the programs developed by the National Marketing team
What does success look like?
You will utilise your senior marketing capability, ideally gained from the retail and property sector, to deliver exceptional and creative marketing campaigns that align to the marketing strategy with a strong focus on community, social media and events. Ongoing enhancement of the retailer experience will be essential.
